As a first-time home buyer, I wasn't completely sure of what I was looking for. I had a list of a few things that were important to me. However, I had no clue about what area I wanted to live in. Colten was very patient with me and my family. Once I got pre-approved Colten offered to help me find my dream home. I told him I wanted to look at different houses almost daily and he was dedicated to making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. While we were out looking at houses Colten pointed out things that I should look for and things that could potentially cost me money in the future. Colten was very knowledgeable and really listened to me. He asked me questions about what I liked and didn't like to help get a better idea of what I wanted. I knew that once I found the house, I was looking for that I would just know and fall in love with it. That's exactly what happen. I finally found my dream home, made an offer, and I am in love even three years later. Whenever I run into problems or things that I am unsure about Colten is quick to get back to me to help direct me in the right direction. I appreciate him so much for not only helping me find my dream home but continuously being available even after purchasing my dream home. Buying a house can be extremely stressful but Colten made finding my dream home feel like the easiest part of it all. I would highly recommend letting him help you find your dream home.
